Founders of Lucky Group
Having traveled around Europe and gained experience, Bogdan and Ivan consciously moved towards the restaurant industry. Ivan opened the first BB Burgers project in 2013. Bogdan, helping his partner and close friend, was simultaneously engaged in supplying vegetables and fruits from Russian cities to large companies in the capital.
In the fall of 2017, together with brand chef Glen Ballis, was opened a joint project Margarita Bistro on the corner of Malaya Bronnaya street.
There are now 15 restaurants in the Lucky Group, which are united by values, attention to detail and most importantly – hospitality. In addition to restaurants, Lucky Group develops the areas of events, catering, training services and merch.

Alexander Shtepa
Brand Chef
Alexander Shtepa began his culinary journey at the renowned Ragout Cooking School, after which he joined the team at Pinch restaurant. After 1.5 years , he took on the role of senior sous-chef at Ugolëk. His first independent project as head chef was KM20, where he established himself as a creative leader. 1.5 years later, Alexander joined Lucky Group and launched Londri restaurant. The menu at Santi reflects his artistic interpretation of a Parisian bistro, presented with sophisticated elegance.

Margarita Vasilieva
Managing Director
More than 10 years ago, she started her career in the hospitality industry as a waiter assistant. She graduated from the Enotria Sommelier School and is a member of the Russian Sommelier Association. She became a part of the Lucky Group team in 2019 as a manager and head sommelier of Margarita Bistro. She managed the Koji restaurant, opened the 345 restaurant as a manager, and managed the Dacha Gastropub on New Arbat Avenue for 2 years, as well as opened Dacha lounge at the CSKA Arena.
With the opening of Santi, Margarita returns to the Patriarch Ponds after five years. A passionate vintage collector, she curated most of the project’s details from flea markets, fairs, and bazaars.

Nikita Nikitin
Chef
Nikita Nikitin began his culinary journey in 2017, discovering his passion for cooking. Over the years, he has worked in renowned restaurants across Kazan, St. Petersburg, and Moscow, including Branch, Red Fox, All Seasons, and Beluga.
«Each dish is a story infused with the spirit of its time, place, and human genius. I seek new ways to reinterpret these stories, honoring their roots while adding my own vision. This approach not only preserves culture but also allows it to evolve through creativity», - says the chef.

Darya Shmarova
Pastry Chef
She studied at the Italian Culinary Academy (ICA, Rome) and then interned in London (Hide, Michelin 1) and worked in Rome (Pipero, Michelin 1).
Darya started her career in Moscow with White Rabbit Family as a sous pastry chef at Sakhalin restaurant (Michelin 1), and in 2021, she became pastry chef at Beluga restaurant (Michelin 1). In September 2023, Darya joined the team of Londri restaurant and opened Santi as a pastry chef.

Konstantin Didenko
Bar Manager
Konstantin Didenko is the bar manager for Lucky Group’s projects Osteria 345 and Santi.
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, he was part of the team at the renowned Mexican bar El Copitas and served as head bartender for COCOCO Group. Konstantin is a winner of various international bartending competitions and an active educator. He teaches at Lucky Skills School, co-founded and instructs at APP of SKILLS, and is the organizer of BAR HUB Expo.
Konstantin is also a speaker, presenting at both Russian and international conferences in the professional bartending field.

Marina Karabanova
Sommelier
Marina Karabanova graduated from the avant-garde wine school Gorizont and gained experience working in esteemed wine bars such as Tikhiy i Igristiy, I Like Wine, and the restaurant Ryba Moya under the Perelman People holding.
Passionate about global trends, Marina pays particular attention to contemporary terroirs in Europe and the New World.
